Summary

Galileo are the true leaders in Whole Body Vibration, they were the first company to bring Whole Body Vibration training devices to market in Germany, 1996. No other brand has invested into the technology and scientific research than Galileo, many of the scientific references made about the benefits of Whole Body Vibration come from Galileo research. The Galileo Fit is their most popular model from their latest generation of machines. If you purchase a Galileo, you can be assured you will own a fine piece of equipment, and expect to receive scientifically proven benefits. The drawback of the Galileo is that it is an expensive piece of equipment, and for such an expense, the support could be much better.

Performance

The Fit scored a total of 96 points, giving it the highest rating Performance badge in my reviews. The Fit has a full, low and high frequency range from 5Hz to 36Hz, and a maximum amplitude of 10.4mm at the edge of the platform. Like all Galileo machines, it has a beautiful smooth action, and his quick to reach target frequency which is shown on the display.
